A channel list is only as good as the channels that actually work today. Watch TV Direct checks and updates the lineup continuously: dead links are replaced, new channels are added and the TV guide is refreshed so what's on screen matches the listings.
You don't need to do anything. Updates appear in your app automatically when it refreshes the playlist.
One channel going dark for a few minutes is normal: the broadcaster's feed can drop, or the stream is being switched to a backup. Many popular channels have a second version with the same name plus "HD", "FHD" or "backup", and switching to it usually works straight away.
If a channel stays down, tell our support team the channel name and the time. Reports like that are how problems get fixed quickly for everyone.
Most apps refresh the playlist and TV guide on their own. If a new channel or updated listing doesn't appear, refresh the playlist or EPG in the app settings, or restart the app. In most apps, including TiviMate and IPTV Smarters, this takes a few seconds.
Continuously. Channels are monitored all the time, and the TV guide refreshes regularly.
Listings come from each broadcaster, so small channels sometimes have none. If the whole guide is empty, refresh the EPG in your app settings.
No. Updates reach your app automatically. At most, you refresh the playlist.
